We had our patio door replaced by Douglas Window and Door a year ago and was very satisfied with the service and door quality. This year it was time to replace all our windows and we knew exactly where to go. We dealt with Christina for sales, Sean for measurements and Greg and crew for installation. Our experience with all was great. We added 3 new windows to replace 1 in our back room and therefore had to have the siding also replaced. Our house is older and to keep that feel inside we asked that sills be added to certain windows. Workmanship was excellent. The result is beautiful. Thank you!

Windows & Doors
Several years ago, my husband and I purchased a fixer-upper. We really looked forward to renovating the 140 year old cottage and making it as special as we knew it could be. The first year we were in the house, we called a well known London company to give us a quote on new doors and windows. We purchased a large window and door from them.
The second year we contacted them again and were absolutely dumbfounded at the price we were given. It was outrageous! We decided against purchasing from that company again.
We went to the London home show that year and discovered Douglas Window and Door. We were very impressed by the beautiful products on display and by the professional, friendly and knowledgeable sales people.
We were looking to do some unique and specific custom windows and we were delighted that our design ideas could be easily accomplished! We found the price of what we wanted to be fair and reasonable and fit in nicely with our renovation budget. The windows and doors we purchased are beautiful and the quality is absolutely superb!! The following spring we purchased more windows and doors from Douglas and each year as we continue to work on our dream home, we will be looking to Chris George, Sean and a great team of talented people to help us. We won’t shop anywhere else because we know and trust that our forever home is in good hands.

Windows
With 11 windows and one door to replace, I made sure that I did lots of research and received quotes from 7 companies. Douglas was one of the lowest prices. I eventually decided on them because the salesperson (Brandon) was the most responsive of the companies to quote. I am very pleased with the results. Sean and the installation team did a great job and I could tell the card about the end result. The guy who did the flashing on the outside (don’t recall his name) insisted on redoing a piece because it didn’t meet his exacting standards (even though it looked fine to me). I recommended them to my neighbour who is also getting a few windows replaced. I have my basement windows to do eventually and for sure will be calling Douglas

The entire experience was seamless.
I made the decision to purchase new windows in my older home. At the time, I knew very little about windows, but decided to contact Douglas Window and Doors. My decision to contact Douglas had mostly to do with the close proximity to my home. I was happy to find out that a salesperson was available that afternoon to provide me with a quote. The salesperson showed the different options and gave me quite a bit of useful information about the different types of windows available. After I finally decided which windows to replace, I placed my order. A few weeks later I received a phone call letting me know that the windows had arrived, and they would be installed the following week The crew showed up on time that morning and were extremely friendly and polite. They both introduced themselves to me while they unloaded the truck, and went over the process for the day. The actual installation was extremely quick, in my opinion. They took care with the floors and cleaned up any mess afterwards. They were also very happy to answer any questions that I might have regarding the windows and installation. I will use Douglas Window and Doors for future projects and recommend them to my friends and family!

We had 6 windows replaced including a very large 3 piece living room window and all was done in 1 and 1/2 days with everything cleaned up and finished on the inside. We could not have had a better experience. It started earlier in the summer when Chris came by to quote and gave us a great quote and promised that it would be done in September and they were right on time. He did not require down payment just pay when job completed. Sean did the final measurements and directed the install team who were excellent. They worked on two of the hottest days of the year. We have had windows replaced in previous homes and Douglas windows did the best job from start to finish. Thanks Chris, Sean and all others at Douglas windows, we will recommend you to our neighbours and friends.

Thank You Douglas Window’s & Staff… 
Yesterday, we had 3 – 2 nd floor windows installed on the project we are working on and we are very happy with the customer service, as well the entire job Douglas Windows staff did for us. Our 2nd floor windows are now safe and made of excellent quality!! The staff at Douglas Windows even did a great clean up job, where other windows I had done by another company, we found nails and screws left all over afterwards.. We are happy to say this didn’t happen by Douglas Window’s Staff. They even at last minute, capped around our door for a good price From the beginning of our window journey starting at the Home Show, through to the end, when our windows were installed, we found complete knowledgeable Douglas Window staff, with great professionalism & attitude towards their clients, especially by Sean, Ken & Mary & all the staff. Very Happy and would recommend Douglas Windows’

They adjusted the time frames around my shift working schedule, and our busy lifestyle. The finished product is amazing. I have referred now 3 of my friends to them as I was so please. Such a great experience.
The other companies we talked to just handed us a quote and left – we definitely didn’t get that treatment from Douglas Windows and Doors. Chris was quick to respond to emails, flexible in setting up an appointment and when we finally met he talked to us about everything! He helped us pick the perfect door (and was really good with adapting to our budget, didn’t feel awkward at all). Only three weeks later our beautiful door was installed. They were fast, it was perfect and they left the place spotless. Amazing service from everyone we spoke to in the office and doing the install. It couldn’t have gone smoother and we’re thrilled!

The moment we entered the showroom on Hamilton Rd. quality was evident as was “personal customer service”. Chris answered all of our questions without hesitation and we did not feel pressured. Removal of the old door and installation of the new door went very smooth and the finished product is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Excellent service and quality!
I Purchased a kitchen window from Douglas Window & Door last year at the home show. Everything they promised, they did. Over a year later, I am still getting compliments on the kitchen window from neighbours, friends, and family. I was given a quote at that time for my livingroom window and back patio door with a guarantee of price for one years time. I was so happy with Douglas Window & Door that I had them back this year to order and install the livingroom window and patio door. The workers and office staff always deliver as promised! I was given the price quoted a year ago. I am so happy with the look and quality of my windows and patio door that I will only hire Douglas Window & Door from now on. An attempted burglary at my house resulted in a broken window. Chris and his team were very quick at responding to my emergency. Within a hour Chris was over to my house to board up the broken window and to clean up the mess from the broken glass. Chris measured and ordered the new window right away and came and did the installation as soon as the window was made.
